We recently invested 600,000 yuan to purchase two fully automatic tri-core round-wire punching machines and rotary table automatic assembly equipment for three-pin American-standard plugs from Senjia Machinery of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. As a result, our company further sped up its pace of replacing manual labor with machines.

In recent years, we have paid close attention to the transformation and upgrading of our company while speeding up the replacement of manual labor with machines. Since the completion of the new plant building in November 2015, the company has invested tens of millions of yuan to introduce 35 plug production lines. This has not only significantly eased the workload of employees but also created favorable conditions for safety production.

With the continuous automation of power cords, in May this year, Yu Guoju, chairman of the company, took time from his busy schedule to go to Guangzhou to attend an exhibition on power cord automation equipment, where he signed a contract with an equipment manufacturer on the purchase of such equipment.

Up to now, Xuanhua Company has put three sets of automated power cord production equipment into operation for a test run. Among them, two fully automatic tri-core round-wire punching machines integrate wire cutting, wire stripping and riveting. One set can replace the positions of three types of workers and process about 1,000 wires per hour for cutting, stripping and riveting. This has not only raised the work efficiency by about three times but also improved the product qualification rate from 98% to 99.5%.
