Application Scope:

Power cords for connecting and internal wiring of power equipment, lighting fixtures, electrical appliances, instrumentation, and telecommunication devices with a rated AC voltage of 450/750V and below.

General Requirements: Cost-effective, durable, and simple in structure.

Special Requirements:

For Outdoor Installation: When installed outdoors and exposed to sunlight, rain, frost, etc., the cords must be weather-resistant, particularly resistant to sunlight aging. In severely cold regions, they must also be cold-resistant.

Where Prone to Mechanical Damage or Flammability: In areas susceptible to physical damage, flammability, or frequent contact with oils, the cords should be installed in conduits. During conduit installation, as the cords may be subject to greater tensile forces and potential abrasion, lubrication measures should be taken.

For Internal Use in Electrical Equipment:

When installed in confined spaces, the cords must possess a certain degree of flexibility.

Insulated conductors should be clearly color-coded.

They should be compatible with corresponding terminal connectors and plugs to ensure convenient and reliable connections.

In environments requiring protection against electromagnetic interference, shielded power cords should be used.

For High Ambient Temperature Environments:

In environments with generally high temperatures, sheathed rubber power cords should be used.

For special high-temperature applications, heat-resistant rubber power cords should be employed.
